@HardBoiled2009 There's a demo (and the full version) at the European PSN store, just make an account with address in London or something and try away :)
Also Red Johnson doesn't really look good.

@stafa
Or you could enter your credit card get some credit and then remove the credit card info afterward and not even bother putting your shoes on.

At least we've been able to play Housemarque's last game for free since the store came back. I'm enjoying Dead Nation so far.

Outland is a great game and I highly recommend it. Even though I can't beat it, I recommend it.

The game is put together very well and the concept is great, like Ikaruga in a platformer body, but something at the atmosphere kinda bored me. I still recommend it though.

Surplus cash , too idle to fire up 360 , prefer seeing my games on my XMB instead of tucked away in 360 game library , supporting a quality software house so they make more titles for me to enjoy........etc etc .

Although yeah , surplus cash to spend on my hobby is the biggest point I can make .

I just finished it last night (it's already out on the Euro PSN) and I can say it was worth every cent. It's an amazing game - beautiful, fun and challenging. And everything just flows brilliantly: once you get the hang of it, it's almost like ballet.

It does wear out its welcome towards the final levels, because after a while the game doesn't add any new elements and you find yourself repeating the same patterns, but it's a minor issue that'll probably only bother you if you plan on playing it for 12 hours straight.

I would have loved a couple more boss fights, because they're easily the highlights of the game. Finishing off the Sisters with just one heart left for the final phase definitely gets the adrenaline pumping. :)

I was about to say: I already got this game right after PSN went back up? (EU here)

I guess it must be different for US PS3 owners.

Remember Outland? How could I forget??? I was soooo mad when the PSN went down right as this game was supposed to come out. I thought it would be a part of last week's double-day Store update, but now we have to wait another week.

At least we know it IS coming, again.

I played the demo. It's quite a nice-looking game (the artistic design is similar to Limbo in a way), it has some really nice elements to it (such as the light and dark part), and is a pretty decent and well-rounded side-scroller. Still, there was something that didn't sit right with me.

Maybe it was the whole setting and story, which I just found off-putting more than anything, but I feel it was more than that.

I don't buy many downloadable games, and this one is probably no exception. I kind of wish it was though, but.... I dunno, it didn't grab me as well as some other games did. I know it's not an AAA title or anything, but still....

I won't be adding anything else to my download queue any time soon. I'm still downloading my Welcome Back Package games!
