Ubisoft started off so well with Farcry Brothers in arms ghost recon and rayman. they went downhill on trackmania, just dance and rabbids but then went back up with Assassins Creed

What an expert analysis! You should try and get a job in Ubi's PR department (with your parents' permission, of course.)

Considering AC came out before trackmania and just dance.

I'm very interested in seeing how you make the claim that it went back up hill from them.

@aussieCanuck sorry but if anyone is seriously excited about FarCry 3 then you obviously didnt play Farcrap 2. FarCry 1 was a good game....but without Crytek is a crappy franchise with TERRIBLE AI, terrible gun physics, hell...not a single redeeming feature about the game, even the fire was done better on Crysis mods. Also, there was like 3 trees in the entire game...they just rotated them to make it seem differnet but if you actually walk it's VERY noticable. Ubisoft doesnt know how to make a good shooter on their own, they should stick to third person action games like AC

I'll take lil ole Xbox over shitty ass ps3 anyway. Sony's press conference this year was their worst ever. And adding Kinect to mass effect and ghost recon is bad, but somehow Sony adding support for their Wii-too mote is awesome? I don't think so. I'll turn on the "lil ole ps3" long enough to play Uncharted 3, but after that its back to just being a bluray player in my living room.

@pradius
the thing is, the move actually works with games, and doesn't turn them into awkward rail shooters like kinect.

They have proven they can delivor their core audiences games while still supporting motion, without compromising game design. That's something MS has yet to show in two e3's worth of Kinect.

Then you should have said they went down hill after AC, not "they went downhill on trackmania, just dance and rabbids but then went back up with Assassins Creed ".

Glad to see they're doing another Ghost Recon, and I'm sure that the voice commands/motion controls (I assume it'll have Move support) will be cool and all, but I can't help but wish it was a new Rainbow Six game announced instead. It seems like the natural choice for a Tom Clancy Kinect debut given that R6:Vegas already had face-mapping and voice commands (both for better or worse.) There's just something so satisfying about the thought of yelling "Flash and clear on Zulu!" at the TV and actually having it work this time around.

Still, super stoked to finally get back into a real Ghost Recon game (that turn-based 3DS one is neat, but leaves me a little cold.)

They completely changed the appeal to the Ghost Recon series and it can be seen completely in this game. The art style is a little more cartoonish, the third-person perspective, and the gameplay is more action based instead of tactical like the roots of the series.

Not that its bad, I just wish some series would stay within their roots and innovate from there instead of completely changing the appeal.

I was hyping for the Rainbow Six rumor to be real. The one that stated that a new Rainbow Six was in the works and is returning the tactical point of view from Rainbow Six 3 and before instead of the action based Vegas 1 and 2.

O well =(....

GRAW1 and GRAW2 on consoles were TPS.

On PC it was a FPS.

This and mass effect's 3 kinect features are the only ones I'm excited about. Giving verbal orders and the gunsmith thing is very innOvative imo

This game looks amazing. But as some have said, I hope they keep some of the tacticality to the game and don't make it a third person COD. Screens look good, but I havent been able to see any e3 footage of any game yet, so I won't get my hopes up.

I really wanted to hear about a new Rainbow Six games as the Vegas 1 & 2 titles sold well, I'm surprised they haven't come out with another title sooner. They must be planning something big for R6 series.

i see it as a $10 game fairly quickly. UbiHard needs to hurry and throw the game on the shelf to make a buck before bf3 and cod mw3 comes out ! if thet dont, it will probably be free.

fail

Snake's Cardboard Box is still the best stealth device invented in the history of gaming though. Cool ad by the way.
