Killer Freaks From Outer Space trailer lands on Earth

They're here, they're juicy, and they've got pointy teeth. Apparently, they're Killer Freaks From Outer Space? That's what the trailer that Ubisoft released tonight says, at least. As revealed during Nintendo's second developer roundtable earlier this evening, Ubisoft Montpelier is making the sci-fi-esque title coming to Nintendo's Wii U at some point next year. But for now, well, we've got the first trailer available just after the break.

I am still not entirely sure if that was 100% CG or just the aliens were.

They made it look like gameplay at the end but I doubt it was.

"Target" video maybe. We know how that usually turns out. Fanboys say "man it's pretty damn close" and the rest of us are disappointed when we see the final product.

Anyway... It was a pretty cool teaser nonetheless.

Looks interesting, but the trailers not really a lot to go by. If that's all in-engine, that's pretty impressive.

It's a live action trailer. I think that's being a little bit too optimistic.

I'm 99% sure (which is contradictory but oh well) the trailer is totally CGI.
Now, those screens is where I'm totally confused.

The trailer was live action (the actor, the gun, the set). The only thing that was CGI were the monsters.

No, you're supposed to saw the aliens with that neat gone with the ricocheting blades.

The graphics don't look that impressive compared to PS3/360 games.

Graphics are probably bullshots anyhow - I wouldn't be surprised if they have significantly different to final system to develop on.
