anyonhe know if Killzone 3 is as good as its predecessor?

I enjoyed both games, but 3 was a little more memorable than 2 for me.
The set pieces and scenarios are so engaging, there's not really a good "stopping point". My first sit-down with it, I played the single-player campaign for about 3-4 hours before I knew it.

I'm the opposite, 2 was way better than 3 in my opinion. 3 felt pretty scaled down, the best new environments were the snow level, and the jungle level...but other than that it didn't feel as refreshing as the second.

Its totally preference. 3 feels slot nicer to control, But i feel that it takes away the skill killzone 2 made you have. people die faster, again making it take less skill, No more aiming for the head. It also isnt as smooth looking, Alot more noisier image and more jaggies, But higher rex textures and alot of other good stuff.

@peter pham IMO K3 is better than 2 in every aspect. I'm not a COD guy by any means but I really enjoyed how much faster the controls and movement is in K3. Like it's said above, it's all about preference. It's still leaps and bounds more strategic than COD.

Plus Mr. French is a voice actor in the game. That should sell it right there.

@peter pham yes KZ3 is better IMO than KZ2. The controls dont feel as hefty but thats my prefrence, plus you should check out the Operation Maps on Youtube. They're what make KZ3 multiplayer really stand out. Great shooter that one.

Yeah, I didn't like 3 that much for some reason.

@peter pham KZ3 is really good. They have made improvements to the game but it's shorter and didn't really have that wow factor that I thought KZ2 had. I actually like the story for it KZ3 and it feels really well. Being able to play it in 3D and with Move add to the whole experience.

I really like the multiplayer portion of it. I'm not a huge multiplayer guy but have a lot of fun with this. The different classes are refreshing and sneaking up on people and ramming a knife in their eye is incredibly satisfying.

@mywhitenoise True story. I played the daylights out of 2. Heck, I even liked the graphics/effects of 2 better. 3 Just felt rushed and all over the place. Cool set pieces... just forgettable imo.

Wow way for them to jack the price way up for New Vegas.
59.99 it can be had for 19.99 just about everywhere else.

At first I was like :( because I bought KZ3: Helghast earlier this week and didn't notice I could have gotten another game for 50% off. Then I looked at the list and didn't see anything I wanted, so I was like :D

I just saw Call of Duty 3 in the list. That game made me barf, literally. I have played every COD and not once have I had motion sickness. Every time I played that game I felt sick and I wasn't able to finish it. So let that be a fair warning.
