Not sure if it is mentioned in the interview or not, but I know the middle guy is from Indy Mogul, a great site showing how to do low budget special effects. http://www.indymogul.com/ is their website.

Fully support. Eff 100 million dollar Hollywood projects, they'll only disappoint. Here are fans doing it for 20 grand because they love it and will give it the respect it deserves.
