@sag969 Math Fail. You're actually saving 115$. Because you're ending up with a 360/Kinect with a huge harddrive (which is usually 399$) for 285$...after adding in the credit from the giftcard obviously.

I locked myself out of my online bank account for 9 months so I couldn't spend the money I needed to book flights home. It worked pretty well.

I thought it said on the manual and some games to NOT connect your console to a projector? At least on the PS3

@oOWallaceOo - I'd do that too, if I had access to my own bank account. I don't, after an "incident" my freshman year, that involved a new macbook and an outraged father. I had planned to pay the thing off before he noticed, but when I made the purchase, a receipt was sent to my parents e-mail box. I'm lucky they didn't flay me alive.

@Ventus - Why? A projector should have no problem running a console. I've seen plenty of youtube videos with people playing them on one. Either way, I'm not planning to use a console; I'm going to connect my gaming PC to the projector and then play with a wireless 360 controller.

That sucks, I just unlocked my account on Friday and while I had no access my Overdraft and my Credit Card were paid off, and now I can sort of my PAX travel and return to Ireland relatively debt free. I may buy a Samsung Galaxy Tab next week though has as present to myself :)

Wah? I have all 3 of the consoles hooked up to a projector down in my man-cave in the basement and it's magnificent. Why would there be an issue with them? That doesn't even make sense.

Playing games spread across a wall with a banging surround sound system is amazing and I can never go back to a regular tv now.

@Uncle Jesse - I will have a man cave one day....one day.... For now, I have a very large blank wall that is dying to be projected upon.

@oOWallaceOo - It keeps me from spending student loan funds on electronics, so it is probably for the best. I wouldn't even be considering this, but my current TV/PC Monitor (a Samsung 46" 1080p LCD) has picked up the unfortunate habit of image retention. I fear it isn't long for this world, and it's not under warranty, so I've started to look at other options.

I got one for Christmas. None of the games really play the same as their board game counterparts. It's entertaining I suppose, but not super-high quality.
