I know these are pros and thus are competitive....but it sucks that we have videos showing off SF vs. Tekken and it takes until the third video for us to FINALLY see a match that is not all SF characters.

@antv They use who they want to use. That doesn't make them any more or less pros. They are pros because they excel at these games on a national and international level.
Picking random on any game is difficult. You can't expect them to be good at every character on random select before the game is even out. Come on now. I agree with teamsammalone, you are wrong.

They're Street Fighter pros and no one knows any of the mechanics for the Tekken characters. Obviously they'd start with something they're comfortable with.

I'm a bit confused by the Vs play style that was picked. It's suppose to be as fast as the MvC series? I expected more of a Capcom vs SNK style speed.

@LeonardWashington I rather have Ryu as a character in the 3DS/Wii U Smash Bros than a Street Fighter X Smash Bros. I just don't think it would mesh as well as this.

Why hasn't there been anything released of Tekken X Street Fighter at all? I know Capcom has no say in the development of it but still, it's like seeing a set of twins: one graduating high school while the other hasn't even finished the first grade.

@MetaFalchionAether Mainly because Namco hasn't started development. Capcom and Namco would be stupid to release two games of the same genre anywhere NEAR the same time. Though I would buy both, many people are on a strict gaming budget and one game would ultimately suffer less than stellar sales. Kinda sucks, but we are lucky to have a chance to play these games. So I won't bitch.

Namco will start developing Tekken X Street Fighter after they're done Tekken Tag Tournament 2...TxSF probably won't be released until next gen.

They should've rules in this tournament to choose 1 SF and 1 Tekken. It's stupid to see players playing all SF characters. We all know this game is new and it's not even out yet. But come on, it is freakin' SF vs. Tekken. LOL!

Def a good mix of both games going on. This really is a dream matchup..lets hope for some great teams. Im hoping to at least see Paul, Bryan, Steve, Anna, all the Mishimas and some form of Jack.
