I knew waiting for Torchlight would pay off. I'd love to get Hard Corps but I am still banning Konami's dlc schemes.

Guardian of the Light is not only the best downloadable game I've played this gen, it's better than most $60 full retail releases in the same genre.

Getting it for $7.50 is the steal of the century.

Just wondering, which DLC games have you played last gen?

Hmm. I have 400 points to spare, should I get TMNT, Comic Jumper, or get what I wanted - Dead Rising 2: Case Zero? Halp!

Unless you've played the TMNT trial and somehow loved it, I'd recommend staying far away from it at any price. It'll take a dump on any nostalgic ties you have to the originals, and leave you scratching your head over how it's even possible to make a Beat 'em Up, an extremely simple and straightforward 'genre', as poorly designed and un-fun as this.

Do not buy Turtles. If it was $1 it would still be too much. It is not like the old awesome arcade game.

Well, if Case Zero is what you want, just buy it. Don't quite know why you needed help on this one...

@XRZ36 I thought Comic Jumper was great fun. Dead Rising is good as well, but you can grab it at that price later.

My vote goes to Comic Jumper. It's not perfect but it is a great deal of fun. I've paid 1200MSP at launch and never regretted doing so

Clearly I'm in the minority but I still enjoy TMNT:TiT even though I would have preferred the arcade original. I got it the last time it was 5 bucks and feel it was worth that amount.

Very tempting but for now I must hold strong on the points that I have for now. I just want two games. Radiant Silvergun and Guardian Heroes.

Oh jeez, and just a couple days after I talked up TMNT:TiTR-S to my sister's boyfriend. Maybe Microsoft and/or Ubisoft would be willing to reimburse him, given the reasons for the purchase and the proximity for the sale. Not holding my breath, though.

Since I main PS3 when it comes to consoles, I AM eying Comic Jumper.

Welp, that's only 2 games this time around that I paid full price for and still haven't finished (TMNT, LCGoL.)

WHY WON'T I LEARN?!

Lol. My philosophy on XBLA games: buy only if I clearly have time to play it in the next month (i.e., no other games in backlog, and no new purchases expected). Otherwise just wait for the inevitable sale.

You can get 100 on www.pcgamesupply.com, but they'll charge you like $5 for it.

Pretty cool that they've put TMNT on last-chance clearance for the week. Downloaded the trials of everything I didn't have (which was everything but Lara Croft and Comic Jumper).

Also Zeno Clash UE is on sale in the same section as all the other deals. Don't know why it was excluded from the announcement, even on Major Nelson's page.

Sweet! I've been waiting for Hard Corps and Lara Croft to drop in price before I buy 'em. I also gotta get Trenched too... and I haven't downloaded Skarlet for MK yet... damn, I gotta get me some points cards.

If everybody knew what the prices were ahead of time, it would kill sales until that time.

Your post says Hard Corps is 400/$5. (You linked it in with Comic Jumper)
Might want to edit that...

I've been wanting to nab Comic Jumper for a while... so at this price I can't say no (I also have free points that are just over the needed amount)!

Besides, who could say no to Vegeta talking smack to you?

$10 for torchlight isn't very enticing when you consider how often it is $5 on steam.

I got Lara Croft and Comic Jumper and PvZ last week. Now I have no points left for Torchlight next week and no time to play these games. I have LA Noire with pass dlc to finish and AC Brotherhoods dlc and have barely touched red dead :(
