Asimov was dead wrong about the robot apocalypse -- as it turns out, our benevolent overlords at Aperture Science are pretty kind, after they've tried to kill us, at least. Valve has released Volume 2 of its Portal 2 soundtrack for free download, much like its predecessor, Volume 1.
The second installment of "Songs to Test By" contains 18 new tracks and 14 ringtones for iPhone and Android devices. New songs include "Bring Your Daughter to Work Day," "I AM NOT A MORON" and "PotatOS Lament," and you can now have the orange or blue portal sound as your messaging ringtone. Volume 3 is "coming soon" so turn up your cell phones and get ready to really impress the opposite sex with your nerd-noise machines this summer.

Judging by the picture I'm assuming this Volume has Cara Mia. Woooo! It is a pretty catchy song.

Not as diverse as the first volume. A little bit samey towards the end, but still pretty good, and still looking toward for vol. III.
Love PotatOS lament and halls of science 4

You know, Portal 2 is still probably the best game I've played in years, but after listening to volume 1, I have to say I find it falls short in the music category, save for the National, and JoCo, and that turret song. That being said, I never disliked the music while in the game; it's just not something I want on my iPod.

@wunwunx I don't see what "it's turbo time" has to do with this thread, but I agree.

Portal 2's soundtrack make my brain melt in all the best ways. Was totally stoked to see the first track "You Will Be Perfect" on there because it's a fun track that wasn't in the game (I looked through the sound files.) Can't wait for Volume 3!

I downloaded it and it only contains 18 new tracks.. Where are these 14 ringtones they speak of? Also it contained NO album cover like volume 1 did..
