Leak Alert: Gears of War 3 emerges on torrent sites [Updated]

The full campaign is not there -- it is not yet completed. That version of the game gets stuck at a certain point. However, the other modes are playable, but with a few bugs.

It still must be the work of us evil, elitist, Hitler-spawned PC gamers somehow! : )

I don't think it will hurt the game that much. It's only beta and there's no campaign as far as i know.

What's the point of doing this? These pirates aren't very bright people. An idiot stole it, and idiot uploaded it, and then idiots spread it around.

there is no fun on playing not complete version of games. why settle for this if there are other games that you can legally download and more importantly has the complete version. try using the torrent toolbar application and see for yourself great games that you ca play.

Sucks for Epic. Code was boosted in transit online. Not all Epic Employees work internally. Some programmers work at home checking code and fixing errors. You think they press a disc every time? Nope, its all downloaded online, corrected and sent back. Wouldn't rule out an angry "underpaid" Epic Employee leak though. Epic was hacked recently and account info was taken.

Epic and Microsoft may not be too dissapointed. Its JTAG which is hard to find. Maybe Microsoft will release it sooner. The games probably on a shelf collecting dust while Microsoft hypes it and advertises the heck out of it. So it looses some promotion.

The ADR sucks. I finally get why Naughty Dog does their game developement like they do. The movement looks more natural and voice work is vastly better. This sucks Epic. Sorry guys. Pray it doesn't escalate with the game losing its JTAG and being made available to more free. Dang.....

Well, Sony was right. Sony's hack was just the start and it won't be the last. All the heat PS3 gamers were getting for PSN and now Microsoft are having difficulty. Epic Games stated that Microsoft always offered an incentive to come back and work for them, where were you on this one Microsoft? Fortunately, Microsoft had time to get their shit together and prepare during Sony's scuffle. But, Sony was right. It'll keep on going. I doubt this is internal. Code was "boosted in transit."

Lol, JTAG's hard to come by? A million guides online about how to mod the 360 yourself with little technical knowledge or just hit you local CL and you'll find dozens of already modded 360's and people who will mod yours for sometimes as little as $20.

JTAG's are very easy to find or mod yourself.

That's what they get for postponing the release date by 5 months.

Honestly I could be wrong but I don't even want a leaked copy. I'm so back logged on games and frankly I rather just get the proper intended experience the first time through.
