The library at Good Old Games expanded to include Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc today. Our own Ludwig Kietzmann notes that the game isn't quite as magical as Rayman 2: The Great Escape, which is also on GOG, but is worth it for "John Leguiziamo and the inexplicable ability to drive Rayman's shoe like a car." You can snag Rayman 3 now for $6.
Also, as part of its Summer Hidden Gems sale, GOG has cut the price of Dream Pinball 3D. Today only, the title can be had for $2.39, which is less than most gamers would plunk into a real pinball machine.

I'm gonna have to agree with Ludwig. Rayman 2 is the best. It was so different from the first one, but so.... GREAT.

Rayman 3 is ok, but if you're expecting more of the greatness that is Rayman 2, you will be severely disappointed.

I was so excited when GoG recently released Rayman 2. That game is IMPOSSIBLE to run on any OS newer than XP for some reason. Game of the year.

I don't get the hate for Rayman 3. I enjoyed it every bit as 2 once I stopped hoping it would be Rayman 2.5
Kids these days....

I really really really really love Rayman 2 so much but I also think Rayman 3 is quite underappreciated.

Rayman 2 was - if my memory is correct - the first game I ever played to completion. A fantastic game.

Cool, now Ubisoft can milk Rayman 3 since Rayman 2 is on every 3D console... except the 3DO, Saturn, Android, OnLive, Gamecube, Wii, Xbox, and Xbox 360.

I was JUST doing research on this game last night, and was tempted to try and track down a copy.
Well, there goes my remaining cash.

I played Rayman 2 and beat it on the PC years ago. When I heard about Rayman 3, I was so excited. When I finally got a PS2, Rayman 3 was the first game I got. I still love it. It's not Rayman 2 but it's awesome in it's own way.
Now if only we could have Rayman 4. That stupid fairy frog promised us.

I bought my boxed copy of Rayman 3 back in 2003 for $10.
Sadly, most Rayman games usually head straight for the bargain bin shortly after their release.
I bought the DC version of Rayman 2 for about $15 about 2 months after it was released, and I still think it's one of the best 3-D platforming games ever made.
