Zumba Fitness spends fifth week atop UK charts, Harry Potter fizzles

The unstoppable Zumba Fitness won't let go of the spotlight, holding the top spot on Chart-Track's UK all-formats chart for a fifth week in a row. Despite a 24 percent drop in sales, the dance-ercise title celebrates its eighth time holding the crown since the Wii version launched in March.

Stupefy simulator Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows Part 2 premiered in seventh place. Chart-Track notes it's the lowest sales performance ever for a Harry Potter game.

Thanks to "significant" price promotion, EA Sport Active 2 sales shot up 338 percent, sweatin' its way back into the top ten in eighth place. Check out the full UK top ten after the break.

Now I'm considering getting Zumba Fitness. I already have YourShape Fitness and UFC Personal Trainer. Do you think I should get this game?

@NBear927, Hell yeah! Especially if you live in the UK or intend to buy it from a UK retailer. We need to see how long we can keep Zumba Fitness at the top of the chart.

With a gazillion consoles out there, I suppose a Wii game only needs to be moderately popular to dominate the charts.

It also helps I'm sure that there's no real competition.

@xxxsam, I thoght I had checked but you're right, it is multiplatform. Still in my prejudiced view of Wii owners (myself excluded, of course) this is just the kind of game they'll love to buy.

I can't understand why black ops is still there. I know it's a popular game, but are there really thousands of people who waited all this time to buy it?

That list is horrible.

You have 4 licensed games, 2 bad workout games and 2 games that are 8+ months old. Oh and you have Brink which is mediocre at best. Could someone please inform the Britts that good games have actually been released this year?
