Final Fight's Poison playable in Street Fighter X Tekken

A couple of Street Fighter X Tekken trailers appear to have gotten out early -- something that's been happening a lot lately -- revealing a noteworthy addition to the roster. Poison, first seen as an enemy in Final Fight and later as Hugo's manager in Street Fighter 3, will be playable in Street Fighter X Tekken -- only her second playable appearance in a fighting game, after 1999's Final Fight: Revenge.

Another trailer, after the break, reveals Yoshimitsu. Surprise! Yoshimitsu's in a Tekken game! Also seen for the first time in these trailers are Dhalsim and the teased Steve Fox.

You know who isn't playable in Street Fighter X Tekken? Mega Man from Mega Man Legends 3.

... Really? While I admit that Poison is quite nice looking... that trailer was absolutely horrible for her. She got her butt beat. If anything that trailer was a trailer for Guy and Cody, not Poison, as all she did was successfully get thrashed by Baldy and Fangface. Heck, they even made Mike Haggar look like a wimp jus to introduce her, and even she got torn apart in the ring. That's... kind of sad.

As much as I want this, and I REALLY want this... I'm not buying it. I'll wait for the inevitable upgrade. Not only has Street Fighter taught me this, but MvC in the time span of what... 5 months? I can wait 5 months for an upgraded version.

Tekken version though, day 1.

...the only flaw? CAPCOM turning around and saying "due to lack of interest, any further projects will be scrapped to the 'IP abandonment toilet' along with MML3."

@foxhound I don't care. I honestly feel abused as a consumer, and if they can rerelease, they're obviously making enough to ensure that there is enough interest in the game. If they don't release it say, within a year... I'll buy it.......
