They already announced that the BattleRecorder will be making a return.
I really didn't understand why it was removed in the Bad Company series, but eh, the BR is back.

I just hope I don't need a browser to play/get in a game. Aw what I'm I kidding I can't even run Bad Company 2 on my PC. But it would be nice for an in-game console version of Battlelog,

maybe this game will get me into whole multiplayer FPS thing. tried to play killzone 3 but it never grabbed me.

As much as I love Killzone, KZ3 really isn't a good game to gauge FPS's by, as far as online goes. Yes I think it is fun, but a couple weeks after release I felt like every game I got into was a deadzone of only a couple players in a heavily uneven match, like 5 on 2 or 8 on 2, etc.. Never could get into a good POPULATED game since so I quit playing.
I think BF3 on the other hand will rock your socks on release.

There is a ton of Alpha footage out there. I've watched a few livestreams as well. Everyone posting footage risks a ban of course, but it has been great to watch.

Im in the Alpha (i believe im allowed to tell you that much).
But it should be noted that that's not the completed Battlelog website (they said they'll introduce features as time goes by). So if it looks like a fairly basic stats website atm don't be alarmed.

I'm in the alpha. The game plays exactly like BC2, obviously. It's only 1 map and features only 1 light armored vehicle, which of course people use to pepper spawn areas with too-powerful machine gun fire with impossibly large splash damage.
But hey, it's an alpha.
