Infamous 2 gets vehicular DLC for user-generated content

You've designed the perfect Infamous 2 mission, but it's lacking one small detail: a truck. Good news -- you can totally download a truck now, along with an assortment of other vehicles, as the game's first user-generated content DLC pack. The free DLC includes five vehicles from the single-player game for use in the creation of UGC.

And for those of you who prefer to consume user-generated content, Sony also announced a new search feature, accessible by pausing the game. You can find content by multiple search vectors, including PSN usernames. As of now, it's unclear whether you can sort by presence or absence of trucks.

its honestly not that great. the powers are incredibly similar to the first infamous. the story was great but once i did the story on good and evil, i really felt zero replay value and doing all the missions felt tedious. maybe you'd find more value in user created content, but when i was playing it was lack-luster. id only use it to get the bigger enemies and fight them whenever i felt like it.

maybe it was because i loved the first infamous and expected more that i felt dissapointed. id honestly give it a 3/5

how do you turn it off? I was looking in the options and couldn't find it

@eat it I don't remember exactly, but when it first tells you about UGC it also says you can filter missions so that UGC doesn't show up.

Go to the UGC menu and under filters, one of them turns it off completely.

You state that like it has sme impact on your experience with the game. Yeah, not only turn it off, you could simply ignore the UGC missions completely anyway. I personally think it's a great feature. It's basically infinite side missions that you can do or not do at your leisure. How in the world is that a bad thing?????

What was wrong with the ending. I personally got the hero ending and I thought it was awesome.

Both endings were well-made, but I felt like a dick during the evil ending.

Also, the UGC kicks ass. Like any creative tool, there are people who are really great at using it to make fantastic things. Unfortunately, for every one of those people, there's about 1000 other people who will just put 100 swamp monsters around Cole and call it a mission.

I never pay for skin DLC... but I would be CRAZY tempted to buy that...
