This is still such a strange departure from the first (or at least everything shown so far), but I couldn't be more excited for this. I will take all the sci-fi noir I can get.

This looks really cool and all, but I think they're doing it a disservice by calling it "Prey 2". They should have just developed this into a brand new IP. I mean, this game isn't going to even feature those weird puzzles and doors- what's the similarity here?

There is evidence that sequels to existing IPs sell well. That's why they did it plain and simple.
From what I've seen of the game the weak tie to Prey isn't going to hold this game back in the least.

This isn't earth. Earth was saved at the end of Prey 1. This is a story that runs side by side with it and the rumour is that the big bounty you're after is going to be Tommy.
