I read an article that Rage will use about 23GB for both Xbox 360 and PS3. And it is better to get the Xbox version out of the 2.

Umm where'd you read that? I'd like to know so i can slap that writer. :)
And while we're handing out slaps, you should slap yourself for believing that. It's impossible to say definitively which version is better at this point... The game isn't even out yet!
Also, remember Crysis 2? The 360 version was supposed to be the better version, so I went out and bought that version (I have both 360 and PS3). Then when I saw it run on the PS3, I couldn't believe how smooth it ran. I hate using the term but, 'fanboys' really are hilarious.
