We're not shy about this proclamation: This Portal 2 Wheatley puppet, by deviantART user TRP-Chan, is the best thing you'll see today. Not the best video game puppet, or best YouTube video you'll see today. We mean the best thing!

Birth of your first child? Sorry kid, but you're taking second place today. Getting married? Sorry husband/wife, but your anniversary will be permanently marred by memories of this puppet. We're also going to take this opportunity to predict that Valve is going to reward the artist with a trip to Valve HQ because, well ... look at it.

Its been a bit slow.... but that Wheatley is cool enough that it probably would have ranked in the top 10 things on a fairly busy day anyhow/

Man i could see these things selling. I'm just now playing thru Portal 2 and literally just heard these lines, like last night. But I can't hear Cave Johnson without picturing J. Jonah Jameson from the Spider-Man movies

@The Tim - Yeah, I was way excited when I found out that J.K. Simmons was doing the voice for Cave Johnson. He's got a great voice! I really liked him as J.J.J., and also as the Farmer's Insurance guy. He's good in The Closer too, though a very different character. Not to mention Oz...

@Svenhoek And no, I don't think that Razor controller DLC was what they were talking about.

This is especially good as Valve cheated to get his "eyelids" to work: The eyelids in the game would actually clip through the model, so they used some clever techniques to disguise that rather than making them work properly (like this).
