Have to say I agree with Jem, I hate that "word" freemium. I hate when marketing people mash up words and think they make sense. Yes, that's how language evolves but there is perfectly good language to describe it already. Free to start was a perfect example of one that would work. Even Free to play makes more sense. Freemium sounds like something Sarah Palin would make up and then cover saying "she meant to say that."
