If it's anything like the price for the PW gear, it won't be. :\

@foxhound $189 for a "designer" trench coat seems reasonable.

I think publishers/developers should start including vouchers for similar game related items (clothing, accessories, etc.) in their collectors' editions and/or pre-orders rather than statues. (Vouchers so we can order for our own gender and size.)

They aren't advertised, but if you go in and get the Deus Ex laser-eye surgery, they do give you a pair of pop-out shades for $10 more!

@Haon

A pair of shades that wouldn't hinder my vision indoors while still allowing me to keep that d-bag look? Sign me up for a pair!

A built in HUD wouldn't hurt either, would be nice to have a GPS in the corner of my vision at all times.... and how much ammo and health I have.

They're gonna have to make the stomach MUCH larger on that t-shirt if the kind of people that would buy it are gonna fit in it.

The website says European fitting. Look at the sizes for XXL. It's not going to fit fatties.

See this is the kind of stuff they should be offering through pre-orders and collector's editions. Not disk content/DLC or plastic statues. Practical things that people can use. No offense to those who like the current stuff. Instead of a statue you could get a themed belt buckle or hoodie. Instead of DLC you could get a T or sweatshirt. Quality shirts! Not the cheap shit you get with most game related clothings. The cloathes in the pictures look to be some quality stuff.

Still a little upset that the Balls of Steel edition didn't come with the Duke Nukem belt buckle. Seemed like an obvious exclusive.

Hmm video game inspired clothing... That...actually sounds like a nice idea. Characters these days are pretty normal. Gimme a Striped T-shirt, baseball cap, shorts, and skateboarding shoes and i'll go beat up some runaway dogs for experience points.

I'm actually curious how good the material and build quality of that trench coat is. For years I had a nice black, formal trench as my regular winter coat. When it wore out, I went with a duster/cowboy type trench to try something new. I've just never liked it as much and have been looking for something different.

@Courtney - Black trench coats are always a mistake. There is a sliding trench coat color scale, and it goes something like this:

Trench color (usually a light beige) > Navy > Any other color > Black.

I've seen nice black car coats, overcoats, etc, but a black trench coat just brings up awful connotations these days.

@BananaBoat I think your scale goes the wrong way, a classic black trenchcoat is way better than beige, blue, etc...

@BananaBoat

I've been wearing black, usually leather, trenchcoats for almost 20 years. Damn, that makes me feel old. Black is classic. On a kid, maybe a black coat has some weird connotations for some people, but on an adult, I think it's still a classic color.

@dantree - If it's a well fitting trench coat, and modernly styled, then it can be okay.

Most of the people I see in black trench coats are of the "Life is pain, mannnn!" goth/emo variety, wearing huge boxy trench coats that look terrible, and make people look at them twice for all the wrong reasons.

A fashionable trench coat is a fashionable trench coat in almost any color. I just think traditional trench beige looks better than any other color.

Also, whatever you do. Do NOT go to Burlington Coat Factory, Sears or Hot Topic to get the same items for substantially less money.

Or the Sunglass Hut if you're feeling cheeky.

Eh.. that coat looks nothing like the one Adam Jensen wears. Once you've played the game for any sort of time you'll know.

His coat has in addition to the lapels a vertical column that wraps around his neck for one, and secondly, on the shoulders under shades of light, you can see a badass vine-and-flower design. These details among many others is what makes the coat unique.

The one they are selling is in every sense of the word, quite generic.
