Rock of Ages is knocking down your door with a launch video and screens

Rock of Ages rolled (and rocked) onto XBL and PSN last week and is set to smash into Steam September 7, but if you're still unsure if campy political humor spreading the annals of history is for you, check out the launch trailer above and the screens below.

Talk about it in class! I mentioned Half-Life in my science class once, because, well, we were studying half-lives.

Can someone tell me if it is possible, in the full game, to knock a gate down with only 2 balls(no joke implied). It seemed to be impossible in the demo. Fire ball did 1/2 a health bar, spike ball did a little less, and obviously, the regular ball did less than that. It also seemed as though speed didn't really change the damage at all. I would go almost as fast as possible into the gate, but the fire ball still did 1/2 the gate's health even going 1/2 of that speed. If you can't knock it down in less than 3, which the reviewer said they did every time, then this game is pretty dumb.
I'm also not getting why it is funny. Did anybody seriously laugh at the Matrix reference?

@soniccar I played through the whole game now and no you can't do it in two. Well I couldn't at least. Didn't think it was a big deal so didn't really try it either.
I really enjoyed this game. Working through on getting some of the keys now. Dang those later ones are tricky.

Haven't beaten it yet, maybe 1/2 way through, but it's always been 3 balls, making the game entirely based on who gets there first. So all those fancy towers and such you can build is only really to distract the opposing ball long enough so you can hit their gate first.
This was pretty disappointing, and it makes the game really dull and difficult to play in long stretches. Even still, it's pretty fun to play a few rounds. But I really wish there were a little more depth. If they just made it so the health of your ball determined the damage to the gate, that minor change alone would have made the game far more strategic if you ask me.
