Latest Infamous 2 update adds more options, more bosses to UGC
14
If you're still getting your hands dirty in the extensive suite of user-generated content tools which Sucker Punch afforded to purchasers of Infamous 2, you've got another thing coming, buster. Well, a bunch of other things -- an update launched today unlocks the Titan and the Devourer (the two big minibosses from the game's campaign) for use in the mission creator. Why not tweak their settings to make them best friends? That's a thing you can probably do.
Other additions in the update include an option to link your homemade levels together, and a peer review system for UGC missions -- which should help separate some of the wheat from the chaff while you're electrically sailing through New Marais. Check out Sucker Punch's site for more details on the patch!

Not sure why they put UGC in this game. Campaign was so good it wasn't necessary, and I never played a UGC level that was any quality over "meh".

@Michelobius I agree. It's a good idea, and I'm sure there are fun levels out there, but I played some 25 or so UGCs to get trophies and there was maybe one or two relatively fun ones, even when sorting for "popular" or "featured" UGC.

After you eliminate all the enemy spawn points in the game, then UGC really shines. My favorite ones are the ones that literally hurl enemies at you. I definitely like those ones more than the straight line races.

@HybridPara Really? I hate the "1,000 enemies all at once" levels, there's 1 perfect, foolproof way to beat every single one of them

Cool, one thing that was a little annoying/disappointing playing UGC levels (which I admittedly only did a few of, for the achievements) was finding something labeled "BlahBlah Pt.1" and not having an easy way to go to "Pt.2"

Oh I can kill them easily, repeatedly shooting missiles at them and then doing the qte worked particularly well... It's just a complete pain in the ass to have to jump around repeatedly shooting a million missiles at them.

Not really a fan of UGC except the platforming levels. The story mode was plenty.
