I have always wondered similar things like why don't they eat, sleep, sometimes run, cry, etc... but then I thought oh it's a video game I don't care. Personally I wouldn't like playing a character who takes realistic actions like 10 mins to eat (quick time event) or even forcing my character to go to the bathroom. I play video games to do something I can't or normally won't do...

Exactly, you pee in lots of games, Dead Rising, Sims, etc. Not all games show every boring aspect of a video game characters life.

That's funny, just last night I was asking my wife if and how Master Chief goes to the bathroom. I guess Spartans just don't have to go? Remember, Sam Fisher uses urinals to smash faces, and Travis Touchdown uses them to save.

I remember characters on "the Sims" would pee, but I only played the first version, though. As well as one particular soldier on Metal Gear Solid II. He peed over the edge of the building.
