Sadly 360 fans call Gears of War GoW.. he means Gears of War 3 (Which I wish people would call Gears not GoW. Makes more sense, at least to me.) not God of War 3.

While BARBIE JET SET & STYLE is *almost* worth ditching my GEARS3 pre-order for, I'll take the bro'road and stick with the Delta Squad.

I got Gears on Saturday (somehow), and it is the best game I've ever played.

This is me, the ultimate halo fanboy. When you guys get it tommorow, you will be VERY happy with it. The graphics are godly. The gameplay is genius. And the best part?

NO LAG!

Is it better than Gears 1? I enjoyed Gears 11 more than 2. Gears 31 looks awesome too. Oh and anything is better than halo.

i also got a hold of it last week, played it all night Friday and Saturday. i can't say it is the best game i have ever played, however. the game is great, don't get me wrong, but best ever? nah. the story is fine, but there are cheap shots to evoke emotion (you know what im talking about if you already beat it too). i think the multiplayer will be the best of the series, possibly best on 360 since Borderlands, but I still don't see it holding "BEST EVAR" status. just my humble opinion, however, if you enjoyed it so much, i am glad you got your moneys worth (though its hard not to with this game)

@Mazrael Don't do it. FF VI is my favourite game ever, but the PS1 version is ass. If you have a Wii, get the Virtual Console version instead.

I play other types of games, but I enjoy FPS and so do my friends. I've tried other competitive MP games, but I'm only average at fighting games, most of my friends don't have wheels, so racing games are out, but with FPS it's (mostly) a fair fight.
