Well, that terrifying preview image is going to haunt my dreams.

I'm just glad I didn't hit play.

Do they want Burnout fans to be put off by this title even more? If so, its working for me.

@Lerkero - Actually, the biggest Burnout fans will probably appreciate the obscure reference to Burnout: Paradise with Hasselhoff's appearance... I know I did.

@peternography

You have to understand, it was the 80s. We all made some bad decisions, a few mistakes here in there. It's just the way it was.

This just reminds me of that youtube video where Jessica Chobot owns Hasselhoff on a Wii boxing game.

I watched it without sound and all I have to say is someone needs to make a gif of 1:02-1:10.

This commercial needs more gameplay footage and less leathery-ass Hoffman.

@baddates77 Oh for christ's sake....

I obviously meant leathery-ass Hasselhoff, not Hoffman. It has the appropriate amount of Hoffman already.

Wow that was horrible. And I disagree with the "better than Kinect" part.

I was on the fence about getting this game. Now I'm less interested.

WTF? What the hell did I just watch?

As a David Hasselhoff fan (of the 80's) I have no idea what the hell went thru his head for this. This is on "Arnold doing Ramen noodles commercials in Japan" level bad. This is either so desperate for money he'll do anything, or coked up to his eyeballs,and he'll do anything level. Neither is good.

I have even LESS idea what that particular area of gameplay is about now, and I hadn't even seen the game before.

@Drakkenfyre

You sound surprised.. as if he had so many legitimate acting opportunities and he's wasting his time doing this?

BTW, why can't Dave Hinkle be back on the podcasts. I miss him.

I hope to hell we get a new SERIOUS Burnout game and not just this stupid knockoff crap with its crappy commercials and even worse gameplay.

I think it has more to do with the fact that the Hoff crashed and burned and is therefore the perfect posterchild for this game.

This looks like one of those incredibly strange Japanese commercial with well-known American actors that you don't discover until like 5 years later on YouTube.

I don't understand why he's...he's...in..a...a.. chicken costume...I can't decide whether I'm asking this or stating this. The video took a couple brain cells.
