I Am Alive rated by ESRB
26
Ubisoft's I Am Alive, a game that exists mostly as whispers and shadows, has been rated "Mature" by the ESRB. The last official bit of news on the spectral entity came three months ago when it was classified by the Australians, while the last sighting was an "unreleased" teaser trailer that made a quick appearance in late August.
The ESRB description notes that I Am Alive is a third-person action game where "players traverse through city ruins and use a machete to kill human enemies in melee-style-combat."
The latest launch window we had was Ubisoft's fiscal 2011–12 (April 2011 – March 2012). The good news is the game is being rated by international classification boards; the fact that almost nobody outside of Ubisoft can confirm the game's existence is just weird. We've never seen it in the three years since its announcement, like, ever.

The Weird thing with UBI is that when they finally have a original game that could be very entertaining and a fresh idea in their catalog of sequels they take more than 3 years to make it, but once they have a new game they make so many sequels that we end up with a new chapter of a game that is virtually the same every year, like assassins creed.....

Viggo Mortenson should provide some acting for the game.

I think he means from 2 and on. There has been mini sequels within the Ezio story arc every year. (i.e. Brotherhood and Revelations) Personally, I hope for a true sequel (Assassin's Creed 3) with a new main character and radically different setting.

Dead? Last time I checked my N64 worked perfectly and my XBOX had the red ring of death. My PS3 was constantly having system updates while my N64 was constantly being awesome. But there's always that one guy....

I couldn't care less...i couldn't, even if I tried...about putting an alternative OS on my game console. I love my Playstation and watch blu rays on it frequently, however sometimes I just wished it wasn't so dang complicated with apps and system updates and all that other stuff. What made the older systems so fun was plug and play. Slap the cart in and bam your on in a few seconds.

I hope this game turns out good, unlike the other big "When-Is-It-Going-To-Come-Out" game that was released earlier this year...

Personally, I think this is awesome. It's been a long while since I have known so little about a game before its release. Of course, this assumes that it does, in fact, see release and that there isn't some kind of mass info dump just before said release.
