The Amazon version is actually a great deal, as you can use the code to redeem the Steam version as well.

@Fuzzyfreaker I was just about to ask if you could use Amazon's code on Steam. This is deliciously ironic.

@Fuzzyfreaker How do you do this exactly?

@ryangiglio Take the code that Amazon gives you for the CD key, and redeem it under Games > Activate a Product on Steam inside the Steam Client.

Not really been following this but when I went on XBLM today and saw 1200 my jaw hit the floor. That's over half of what you can pick the game up for, now!

I think I'll sit and twiddle my thumbs for a price drop, plenty of other stuff coming up to spend my money on.

On the British Amazon, the console version of Deus Ex is £16.99, while the PC version is £25.50. Neither are on sale, and have been at that price for a while now.

Just putting that out there.

@(Unverified) That £25.50 is about $40 USD. So you're still paying more than us.

Regardless of exchange rates, I find the console version being so much cheaper than the PC version odd in itself. It's usually the other way 'round.

It looks like yet more pointless DLC. This may be "AWESOME" if you're 14.

@Dick Socrates What are you basing this on other than your obvious dislike of DLC?

Let me know when there's a major discount on the DLC, then we'll talk...

REALLY want to play this, but with Batman waiting on my doorstep (Stay away from my house!), and BF3 and U3 in the coming weeks, it will have to take a lower spot in the queue.

Too many great games to play! #FirstWorldPains

1/4 off the price isn't a major discount.

I too want this, but I have a feeling the price is going to keep trickling down. I'd like to buy it new, but with all the other new releases or soon-to-be-releases I'm waiting until its under $30.

I got my copy from GameStop yesterday. Go grab it! It's tough, but fun.

@SonicGA

Deus Ex Human Revolution is not tough. It makes you stop and think before you approach a situation, but once you plan it out, it's generally pretty easy going. It's only tough, if you choice is to go in guns blazing, and you don't have the necessary augmentations and items in the inventory to pull it off.
