Batman: Arkham City is pretty fantastic. Just don't let it get to your head that you're now The Dark Knight.

If I can break off that OCD urge, I'd like to spend some more time with Adam Jensen in the first Deus Ex: Human Revolution DLC pack, "The Missing Link."

I've actually been playing some absolute garbage: Onechanbara: Bikini Samurai Squad and Bullet Witch (and've SORTA been enjoying them). I'm a firm believer that you occasionally need a good palette cleanser of crap between AAA titles.

@RickGhastly I wholeheartedly believe that, too. And I've played MANY crap titles. I'm going to play Batman tonight, then some Captain America tomorrow. Maybe Alice on Monday.

I'm still playing Panzer Dragoon Saga, Persona for the PSP, Tales of Vesperia, and Chrono Trigger. I figure that I should have PDS finished by the end of the weekend. I'd also like to try and wrap up Persona before November 1st, mainly because Fate/Extra for the PSP will be coming out by then.

Finished arkham city, it has unl. free roam at the end!!!! But batman's suit looks like crap aftrr the whole game and I can't find a way to fix it :(

i believe it can't be fixed. think of it like a weathered guitar, embrace each rip and tear for the gaming memories.

rented RAGE for the PS3 and holy shitballs that mandatory pre-game install was pretty god damn annoying.

I am Currently Playing Battlefield 3....Well, not CURRENTLY since i'm typing this at the moment, but you guys know what I mean, lmao!

Pretty much just Arkham City. Maybe I'll have time to get to Alice.

That video still makes me laugh and I'm still playing Uncharted 3 Multiplayer! With a sprinkle of PSN games.

After using that Blockbuster deal since Tuesday on Green Lantern and Lego Pirates, I just started Arkham City. I haven't even done the first mission, and I already love it!! Then I can let my hopes down before the Panthers game Sunday by achievement whoring in Captain America.

It's more Yakuza 3 for me, plus some Section 8: Prejudice. I hope to get my platinum in the latter soon :).

Playing through Mass Effect on PC....in the early goings. Also, playing through Arkham City as well after beating Arkham Asylum for the first time. And trying to get through the Tower of Latria in Demon's Souls but it's almost too much of a gamebreaker for me.

I just finished ME on PC too. We might be a bit late to the party, but what a great game!

As for tower of Latria, the miracle "Anti-magic field" is a life saver. Just use it before you encounter any squidheads. If you don't have that, use magic "Cloak" to sneak up on them and attack.

Playing moving, new job, and taking care of family. I so need some ol fashioned gaming time! Trying to fit in some Chrono Trigger mostly on flights. Anyone from southern MN?

BATMAN! DUNUNUNA

I will be playing guardian heroes probably. I think I'm the best competitive GH player in NA to be honest.

I want to play Arkham City, so so badly, but I also really want to be able to finish it totally uninterrupted. I think I might end up waiting until Thanksgiving break or something. In lieu of that I'll probably play Half Life 2 and it's expacs some more. If I can resist Batman that is.

F-Zero GX. That game qualifies as a stimulant: enough of it is good to wake you up in the midst of that mid-afternoon or early-evening energy slump, but too much just leaves you a twitching, angry mess.

That and a bit of Brawl will fill the few days before Kirby Returns

I want to get Batman AC but am thinking I'll wait till nearer Thanksgiving to see if I can get any deals on it. So apart from that, and counting the days till Skyrim, I'll be playing Bike Baron and Aftermath on iOS.

I'm strongly debating whether to get Arkham City or not due to the 39.99 price point for Steam if you own Arkham Asylum. On one hand, Batman. On the other, Skyrim. Decisions decisions.

In other news I keep playing Planescape Torment. My save corrupted so I had to start again. I was not pleased.

Solved the 360 disc drive issues I'd been having. Turns out it was just a system cache issue the entire time! Discs run smooth as honey now. I was worried there for a second that the errors would be rather problematic with future purchases in the next month.

Now then, the weekend. I've been having this GTA-thing chirping on my mind lately, and I'll continue the beginnings of GTA IV. I know, old school, but what can I say? Oh, you want to make fun even more? Sure, I'm playing Oblivion. Sure. But I can taste the ever-approaching Skyrim, so there. The rest will be improv, just like previous weekends. Enslaved? Good ol' Prey?

And the YouTube FIFA demo. I must check out that joint. Wow.

Just wrapped up Arkham City yesterday. Great game, but I'll admit, most of those gadgets end up being pretty useless in combat. Having a one-hit, no-miss surefire KO attack with infinite range and practically no cooldown period tends to make everything else look stupid by comparison. Unless they have guns, then I'm screwed.

Voices were great, particularly Joker (obviously) and Freeze, which made great use of the warped voice modulator, and I thought his armored Hazmat and evolving tactics were totally badass. Catwoman doesn't have glide and grapnel, making her worse than useless. Slinky and fun to watch, but useless.

Oh, and the Mad Hatter segment let you play as Frank from Donnie Darko, making this the GOTY.

The guys on the CAGcast this week made the interesting point that Catwoman's mechanics are just the slightest step away from being Spiderman.

While I agree that her segments are a step down from the awesomeness of the caped crusader, they do make me wish Rocksteady would do some other super heroes the justice they deserve.

Dark Souls

Pretty much a tank right now, enemy weapons aren't effective.
So they now push me off ledges and let gravity do the work.

Finished Arkham City's story mode, now I'm doing every side quest and hunting down Riddler challenges.

Enjoying Dark Souls way too much to think about other games :P

I love how quickly Justin has back-peddled on his "done with Dark Souls forever" stance.

No one is done for, ever.

I'll be playing The Batman. Perhaps I'll revisit ye olde Liberty City and Vice City thanks to this GTA series Steam sale, too.

Arkham City is all I've been playing since I got home with it Monday night. Hell, it's all I've been doing since Tuesday.

And most likely, it is the vast majority of what I will be playing over the next month.

..But I might also get in some time with DW Gundam 3 and Persona 4.

i'm gonna be finishing up the last 2 missons of mass effect 2 before putting it on the shelf and starting batman arkham city.

Getting as much time as I can into Arkham City, before Battlefield consumes every waking hour this week!

And really digging Arkham City! It won't be hard to put the time in to hopefully, at the very least, finish the main story missions.

To anyone that has finished it, are all the side missions available after the story is complete? Or do some of them disappear, and are missable?

Getting my ass handed to me in Blight Town. I forgot to load up on purple moss before I went in.

BIG MISTAKE.

Trying out some demos. Then some Taito Legends 2 arcading. Rounding out with Xenosaga I, Disgaea Infinite, maybe some Ys II Chronicles. Next Tuesday might result in a bunch of new additions to the library.
