One of the very few reasons I have ever booted into DSiware. I have spent about $50 on that store for the titles people talk about it, but that's about it.

I'd say this, Cave Story, or Starship Defense are my faves from DSiware. I encourage folks to play this title!

I would pay $30 for this on my DS Lite, but I won't pay $3 for touch controls.

@Sabrage

The games controls work fantastic on my iPhone, it is a steal game for 3 bucks. A steal.

@Matrixxx I don't care about gaming on my Touch. It's 3 years old and already unsupported by Apple.

I played it and beat it on my 3ds and enjoyed this.

NO WAY I would play with ' iphone controls' . Sorry you NEED very precise jumping to complete the game. I can't imagine how frustrating and hard it will be to talk to the mayor on the seaside with broken controls.

I got a solid 5 or so hours and enjoyed it allot. Easily worth the higher pricepoint as a Dsiware game

DsiWare is pretty barren of good games, but there are a few gems in there. The ones I've purchased...

Shantae: Risky's Revenge (obviously)
Dark Void: Zero (my favorite)
The Game & Watch ports
Art Style: Pictobits
Chronos Twins
Dragon Quest Wars
Legends of Exidia
Soul of Darkness
The Oregon Trail
Legend of Zelda: Four Swords [Anniversary Edition]

I don't own any of the other Art Style games, but I was a sucker for retro-NES style graphics, so I grabbed Pictobits. I hear the other Art Style games are good.

That list is pathetically small, it is a real shame. The 3DS could easily play almost all of the VC games if not all of them. As smart as Nintendo is at times, I don't see how they still don't grasp what a gold mine a proper store/internet experience would be for them.

Well mind you, that list is a bit biased... I could add at least 20 more games to that list.

But at that point it's about opinions. The one he listed were the ones everyone generally agreed were amazing games (though I'm not much for Chronos Twins) (also, I think some are missing that are overall favorites). Everything after that is debatable.

The price difference is shocking. $12 or $2.99? I guess they'll easily sell more of this game on iOS, but come on.

I still think the DS version is a better deal. Even at $12 it's damn cheap, and on DS you have native resolution graphics and D-Pad controls, all on a dedicated handheld gaming system.

@Esposch I am getting really sick of the disparity of prices from my iPhone to my 3DS. Not only this game, but everything:

Scrabble: $7.99 on DSiWare; $0.99 on iPhone
Zenonia: $7.99 on DSiWare; $0.99 on iPhone

etc., etc., etc. (I'm lazy to find others.)
