@jlatimer11
To be fair, Freakyforms (last week) was a damn good quality title.
...those who rated it low weren't big fans of customizable games in the first place, or simply didn't give it much of a chance. Those who rated it high, were those who loved customizable games.

It honestly surprised me that it was a downloadable title, considering how much content it had. And it gives me high hopes for future eShop originals.
Not exactly blowing down doors, but that game was seriously a triumph on its own. Tied in 1st place for me in create-your-own-game with Scribblenauts 2, RPG Maker, & Warioware DIY (...yes, that's a lot to be tied with, but each have their own charm). ...plus I just clocked 45 hours into the game.

Sonic Generations had a nice little gift with the Original Sonic.

I was hoping that Nintendo would folow suit and have Super Mario Land as a bonus when you finish Super Mario 3D Land

Why not Nightmare in Dreamland? It's essentially the same game with prettier graphics, right? Or is that out already (too lazy to check, sorry)?

@sparkster That's a GBA game, this is a 3Dified version of the NES original. Not to mention Nightmare in Dreamland is vastly inferior

Played Kirby's Adventure for the first time on Wii VC a few years back. The only game I had ever played regarding Kirby before that was the 64 Kirby.

I just don't get the Kirby appeal. It's not my kind of 2D platformer. I also couldn't get into Wario Land on Wii either.

To me, it's always been about the fun in finding and keeping new abilities. If you ever want to give Kirby another shot, I'd recommend Canvas Curse. It feels so fresh compared to traditional Kirby games, yet it didn't abandon the core concepts. It's arguably the most challenging game in the series too if that's been a factor for you.

@Co
...you'd probably not get it either (as it's essentially the same in feel as the ones you played), but Kirby Super Star / Kirby Super Star will always be my favorite.
I never cared for Kirby 64... felt too generic in action for me. Too many combinations within each stage, with little reason to stick to a single style. Kirby Super Star had the right balance, imho.

Kirby is actually $6.99 USD. $1 Premium for games Nintendo knows people will buy.

Why can't they make their games widescreen?It is kind of annoying playing in a small format.

I really want to check out Kirby, but $7 for an NES game? That's really steep, especially with 3d effects. And why no widescreen? Can I at least turn those damn curtains off, I'd rather have the black border than that crap.

@Vic Fontaine It is pretty steep. I guess the market will tell them if it's cool or not. Also, DS9 rules.
