So will they rent out the apartments and send in some Duke Nukem chicks for room service?

That is one ugly building. Bland, inoffensive and boring. It's a building that tries as hard as it can to say nothing, yet says everything.

@hahnchen All of Frisco Square is like that. Something "classic texan" but "modern." It just ends up being bland and boring. The extra development in Frisco Square has been on the books for a LONG time. They must be getting a hell of a deal.

That's one ugly building.

They probably want the apartments so their developers can never leave. Evil bastards!

I wonder how many bodies they had to loot in Borderlands to pay for that.

"The project is scheduled to break ground sometime next year, and will be done in 2013 if things go as planned."

Im sorry but the end of world is scheduled for Decemeber 2012, so it looks like that's gonna be a small problem.

Where do I live? You know, upstairs from Gearbox HQ. No big deal.

Currently they're above a bank, right? Or is that a different Texan developer?
Anyway, I like the drink metaphor, though "swizzle" probably isn't very Texan or very Pitchford.

You can't spit without hitting a developer in this town already. I eat lunch next door to Retro Studios a couple times a week, and both EA and Bioware are over in the Domain.

But congratulations to Pitchford & Co. in picking the worst-looking building of all time to move into. Way to keep the Metroplex devoid of personality.
