Rock Band Weekly: Rush, Black Veil Brides, Volbeat

Canadian rock legends Rush return to Rock Band next week with a three-pack of DLC. Joining the canuck caravan of tracks are Danish rockers Volbeat and American band Black Veil Brides. Harmonix also teased it'll have more Rush news by year's end.

I believe the rumor is that Rush's 2112 is supposed to be on the way...

I'd say its more than rumor at this point. HMX specifically said that there was going to be more Rush DLC/news before this year ends during this announcement.

Spirit of the radio rocks. Haven't touched this game in ages though

I haven't played Rockband in a very long time. It isn't because I don't want to, it's because the recent DLC (over the last year or so), has not been appealing to me. So here is my plea:
Dear Harmonix,
I want to give you my money, I want to play Rockband more often. Please go through your forums and read all of the DLC request threads. If you start adding some of the mostly requested songs, I promise you will have my money, and I will even buy Rockband 3.

@sho220 rock band 3 is still worth purchasing. i cant remember the last time i bought an official DLC song but i bought a handful of rock band network songs instead. much better selection

You'll have to, considering most (if not all) of the past years DLC doesn't work with anything but Rock Band 3.
