@blueskyv201

play the green lantern game that was released this year for xbox or ps3 (i played the xbox version). it's by no means even in the same ballpark as the Arkhams in terms of quality, but it's still a damn fun game (and short, only about 8-10 hours), especially considering it's a movie tie-in product. makes for a very fun rental.

A superman game that doesn't suck would be nice.

Finish the next Batman, do a Beyond, and THEN move onto other MAJOR DC characters, and make a Justice League game featuring them all.

I know I want to forget Superman: Returns but the thoughts of the 50 bucks that was wasted still comes back to haunt me.

The next Rocksteady-developed Batman game will probably involve Azrael, I'd imagine. They seemed to lay the groundwork for another game with some of his dialogue in Arkham City.

Personally, I'd love to see either a Batman Beyond or Dark Knight Returns-era game, or an Elseworlds-style title (Gotham By Gaslight would be interesting.)

A million times this. I would be so much happier about this article if it weren't for WB's annoying practices with DLC.

Why does Superman 64 take so much shit? Yeah it's bad, but there's so much worse out there. In the DCAU alone, there's the Batman Beyond game. That was far worse than Superman 64.

Now I just want to see a good Superman game. I don't know what happened but all of them have been bad...(some had some cool features, but it didn't save any of them...). Is there something wrong with Superman as a character? Is he TOO invincible or perfect or whatever? I would like a Superman game that's open and has a huge skybox, like why not stick Superman in the Just Cause 2 world (there actually is a Superman mod for JC2)? Also, don't give him a health bar (NO jelly vision, either.) but instead do what that one Superman game did and give the CITY a health bar instead. I'm sure it could work if more time was spent developing it. One day we will have a Superman game on par with these Rocksteady Batmans, or even Spiderman 2.

Oh, and make it so you can fly into space. Seamlessly. And punch comets.

@Churrotastic "give the CITY a health bar instead" so basically make it one game-long escort mission? :O

I remember having fun with it too. I couldn't get X-Ray vision to work, most of the bosses stood there and did nothing, I constantly fell prey to a bug where if you killed Parasite too early you were trapped, Brainiac's time travel puzzle sucked, most of the cheat codes didn't work, and I couldn't actually finish the game cause some bug prevented me from winning.

But I was Superman damnett, I flew around bridges, threw cars at the Daily Planet, and heat rayed everyone I met.

As much as I want a a good superman game, I really think a god of war style Wonder Woman game based off Brian Azzerello's new 52 reboot would be really cool.

The Neversoft Spiderman game was fantastic. Was playing it a few days ago and it's still amazingly fun to play. With the surge of remakes we've had recently, I would love to see it brought back somehow. The recent Spiderman games have just been lacking that certain charm that made the 10+ year old PS1 game special.

WB Montreal, I absolutely DEMAND a bad-ass Wonder Woman game.

Yes, a goddamn Wonder Woman game.

Why? Because she's one of the most interesting, powerful characters in the entire DC Universe, and no one (not even the people who publish her books) give her the credit she's due.

Oh, and before I forget, none of this new, Bolero wearing "52" style bullshit either.

Classic Wonder Woman, or no deal.

@GeneJacket
Not really. Wonder Woman is lame and actually deserves LESS credit than she gets. People claim she's underrated, but she's actually overrated. She was NEVER an interesting character, and it's beyond moronic how DC has been trying to convince us that she's one of their Big 3 when there had been other characters more deserving of that spot, like the Flash, who has been more successful and influential than she could ever hope to be. The only reason they chose her over Flash or Green Lantern is that with the wave of political correctness and feminism in recent decades, they just wanted one of the company's Big 3 to be a female.

The reason why Wonder Woman still hasn't had a live action film, an animated series, or a video game based on her, is that nobody cares about her other than her fanboys (all 10 of you).

Downrate this comment if you want, but you know deep inside that it's the truth.

@Ericss I think a more likely reason Wonder Woman has been neglected is because comic book culture is inherently sexist (see: Women in Refrigerators, the way the 52 relaunch has treated DC's female characters, and, well, your own assertion that Wonder Woman's endurance is owed to affirmative action). If you don't think Wonder Woman has potential to be well-realized, read Greg Rucka's run where she was Kratos before Kratos was.

Just on a slightly unrelated note, I will buy every variant of Arkham City, brand new if they add Adam West to Batman Arkham City.

Make a decent Green Lantern game. Mission-based open-universe action RPG.

I can't help but think they missed an opportunity with The Dark Knight and will miss one again with The Dark Knight Rises. The Nolan films have their own fanbase (not that the Arkham fanbase necessarily needs to be that much bigger), and I'm getting sick of playing Batman Begins on my Xbox. What I wouldn't give for an Arkham-style game with, you know, good production design where the characters aren't Rob Liefeld steroid monsters! And even if a Nolan game series ran concurrent with the Arkham series, I think the market would stand it, looking at how closely Spider-Man games are released to one another.
