Like how season pass owners we're prompted there was a season pass download and was still charged. Thanks EPIC and LIVE. happy holidays

You might have done something wrong. I have the season pass and downloaded the first one through the prompt and didn't have a problem. Did you click through or close out and go to the marketplace separately after reading the prompt?
The way that it's set up is definitely a little confusing though.

I was wondering about that. I bought the season pass but when I tried to download the DLC it tried to charge me. The only thing that saved me was the fact I didn't have enough MS points in my account, lol.

Gears 3 ... most of all the players now on MW3 or BF3.
(5289 players on last few days for Versus Brothers to the End...what JOKE Epic! Eph ewe CliffyB!) That's it? Less than 6000 on the server??? WTF Epic... ... zzzzz
I want PRIVATE matches too, not just Public (Yes I DO have enough friends to play!) :)
I want the ability to start match, not waste minutes with "turtle" countdown, and another countdown. WTF!
Ok, Thank you for the 12 Days of Gears but... yawn, I'll be playing BF3 and Skyrim...
Gears 3 = Incredible fun waste of time, with emphasis on time. Love Horde and Beast but the rest ... Hope CliffyB gets some coal!
(PS, yes yes, I did finish it on Insane and got the WHOOPDEEDOO ghost camo...yes yes within 30 days got over 9 Onyx medals realizing WTF... waste of time! Bring On Skyrim and 6 months till MassEffect 3 !!!)

@skbkoy65 That's the issue. People are, but it takes them to the Marketplace where it wants to charge for the content. What's more annoying is playing a game and then having it prompt you to download the new content each time you switch to a new game type.
