The parents that do this must be crazy. Driving your 10 year old kid miles and miles so he can play a video game he already owns with strangers.

I know. Children should not ask their parents to bring them to something fun. Children are so rude.

I'll drive or fly my children any number of miles to see them try to achieve something great.

I'm still waiting for when From Software makes a proper PvP arena for any Souls game - and actually balance the games. One can wish.

@arucious Known as the forgotten year, 1996 players are all considered to be untouchables and aren't allowed in tournament play.

@OGC

I think you have to trade one by one all the way from Pokemon LeafGreen/FireRed using the old DS.

Nah, no need to go back that far. After you beat Red in Heart Gold/Soul Silver, you can get a Charmander from Professor Oak in Pallet Town. HG/SS actually lets you get three different starter Pokémon, because you can also get one of the Hoenn starters from Steven Stone after beating Red.

Black surprised me. It really brought back good memories of completely beating Silver for me, and reminded me of why Pokemon is great. I look forward to this.

Hahahaha. This is the funniest thing I've seen in a long time. I've no issue with kids taking part but you are one massive sad bastard if you're in the master category.
