There is rumors going around that IW put it there, due to the fact thar one of the developers children was diagnosis with cancer. She passed away and because she loved bears they did this for her.

@(Unverified) "The Wadsworth Constant" - you can skip the first 30% of nearly any video, as well as many paragraphs. You can append the quoted text "&wadsworth=1" to the end of youtube video urls and it will begin playing at 30%, there are bookmarklets to aid in this process.

They put the bear with the tutu in because one of the lead designer's daughter was diagnosed with cancer and she loved bears and ballet. She died before the game came out so they hid the bear, and apparently there's multiple of them, in memory of her.
