All his games that I played are great. I love The Dishwasher: Dead Samurai and that second game.

Vampire Smile was pretty fun. Even if I sucked enough that I couldn't finish the last level.

Nice to see Jess isn't hating on WP7 this time around.

I thought Zombie Smashers X was the shit way, way back in 2001. I'm glad to see the man's found success.

What a great article! Nice one Joystiq.

And it's always great to hear about people who get to live their dreams. There are just so few of us per-capita. I loved Z0MB1ES. Far too much fun, and Dishwasher is a joy to slice through. Great work, Mr. Silva and team.

At times we can hear about horrendous work conditions as programers and developers. However, I'm glad to read an article about an indie dev who is able to reach their dream and going beyond the relentless hum drum cycle of every office work.

I think your games are great Silva, rock on my friend rock on.

I see that Microsoft gives a lot of attention to those that want to develop for WP7. They highly encourage such developers and should considering they want to carve out a niche in a market dominated by Android and iOS. Now if only I could give the OS a shot. I'm waiting for a Verizon LTE model.

That's a very touching story actually. He put a ton of risk into investing all his time and money into XBL and he turned out very successful ... he even got a gal, how cute.

Good for him, hope he continues to do well!

Bought it on WP7 and it's awesome. Nice to see Jessica try to redeem herself for the hateful WP7 post from last week.

Love Dishwasher, especially Vampire Smile. Interesting to hear that Dishwasher will return after Charlie Murder. Thought that was an XBLA and not XBLIG though.

Ska Studios rocks!
