The game supposedly incorporates every conspiracy there is, so of course it has the Illuminati. If I remember correctly, they are one of the factions that you can play as, but there are others as well.

hahaha don't remind me. I never got the whole Jay and illuminati bullshit. Its hilarious to hear people talk about it though because its not your normal conspiracy theory nutjobs its a mix between that and... umm.. how to say... ignorance? or stupidity, one of them.
