Wait until your high school reunion when you get to tell the people with "careers" and "families" you just finished getting all the achievements for Dark Souls

@PatientJ

I feel bad for my peers with "families" and "careers" who don't have time for video games anymore ;)

@PatientJ "Hey! Jim! Haven't seen you in forever, man! How's it been?"
"Hey, Steve! Good to see you! I've been great! How's things?"
"Fine for me as well."
"That's good. What have you been doing all these years?"
"Oh, fantastic! The other day my boss finally promoted me so now I have my own cubicle! It's got a color printer and everything!"
"That sounds awesome!"
"Yeah! So, what have YOU been doing all this time?"
"Oh..well, let's see...just last week I fought a 30-foot tall wolf with a giant sword in its mouth. About a month before that I was dating this chick but turns out her bottom half was a giant spider that spits lava so we had to break it off."
"Uh....huh."
"Yep. After this I have to feed these Lord souls to this altar so I can fulfill my destiny to succeed the Lord of Sunlight and save the land of the undead."
"..."
"Hey...Steve...where you going?"
"...To drown myself in the punch bowl."

I loved the Sonic Generations comic, that one's got my vote!

The Donny Darko one was good too, but the brentalfloss one can go die somewhere... What the hell was that?

@liquidsoap89 The Sonic comic could've used ~9 less panels, but still funny.

I kind of wish the BitF comic had been the one before it instead, the ice world song was fantastic.

Woah I was literally listening to 'For Whom the Bell Tolls' when I saw one of the comics was called that. Weird. Great song, but the comic was kinda meh.

Apparenly Terraria, according to the comic forum. I haven't played too much since the last update, so I didn't get it either.

Yes, Terraria. If you hook up wire to a bunny statue and connect it to a 1 second timer you can make an infinite amount of bunnies (well... not really infinite... only a certain amount allowed on stage at a time) However, bunnies are harmless, so thats more of a nightmare scenario.

Just to be safe, i submerged my statue in lava and made an infinite murder generator

It's referring to Terraria.

While, yes, bunnies are normally harmless, and can be spawned using a bunny statue, during a 'blood moon' bunnies (and goldfish) transform into their 'cursed' form and will attack the player, so having a load of bunnies around turns out to be a bad idea (especially as doors can be knocked down during a blood moon, so no hiding).

MGDMT is just too wordy for me. Seriously, you could set up the joke with at least half the dialogue there.

Not a strong week, but in a rare case, I actually voted for BitF. The Link panel basically sealed it as the winner.

As per usual, BItF takes the cake for me...as for the last comic, I'm a little embarrassed that I was so entertained by an over-saturation of the word 'scrotum' lol.

Brentalfloss - what was that? Are we 10 now or something? Saying scrotum over and over again isn't really that funny.

My vote went to Hejibits, although BItF was a close second for me.

The Donnie Darko one made me chuckle from that last panel though.

The Brentalfloss comic was meant to be a joke about how idiots always name RPG characters childish stuff like ballz and turd, and the humor was meant to kick in when you realized the player didn't name the character scrotum, the game itself was actually about scrotums.

I think. Not terribly exciting either way.

It's really sad when absolutely no scenario of how that joke could have been intended could possibly be funny. Besides, isn't that joke like 5 years late?

Well, comedy is subjective. Especially when you don't get it.
Gratz on another great one, BITF!

Nice to see Terraria get a bit of recognition on the webcomic front. I'd say it's a better game than Minecraft, though being 2D removes a lot of the creation elements. It's better for adventuring though anyway.
