1.) The game looks exceedingly bland.
2.) The characters seem to only have 1 attack each (perhaps 2). They show the "guy shooting in a 90 degree arc" from like 5 angles over the course of the trailer.
Now, I'm not yet sold on the Vita, but Warrior's Lair looks infinitely better (in terms of a portable dungeon crawl).

Looks pretty good. Might be a reasonable substitute for Monster Hunter until MH4 eventually comes around.

Looks good! I am not very knowledgeable on dungeon crawlers, buy I loved Gauntlet Legends and Untold Legends. This looks to fill the void on the 3DS nicely.

although - where was the snide? hey, I'm a 3DS owner and now *I'm* feeling cheated as well. there's nothing snide in the post :(
Incidentally on the 'looks like arse or not' question, I'd personally rate it 50% arse. Some of the backgrounds are pretty and I kind of like the sharkface monsters, but overall it looks a bit bland. I'll consider it if reviews are very good.
