PC owners will soon be able to explore the Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, according to the ESRB. The organization has posted a PC rating for the title, which was then noted in an article on ExtraGuy. Said article was subsequently tweeted by the Shadow Planet account with a "hmmmmmm" and a winky-face.
A winky-face. Yeah, we'd say Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet is definitely headed to PC. We've contacted developer Fuelcell Games just in case.

Summer of Arcade comes to PC! Sorta. If From Dust hadn't been such a bad port, it'd be a pretty clean sweep of the games I really wanted to play.

Yay. Hopefully it ends up on Steam. That way I can get it when it inevitably goes on sale.

@Hyperion45 I think that's exactly why we didn't see the typical assortment of XBLA deals this Christmas. Microsoft undoubtedly recognizes that they've devalued their product through constant promoing and are probably weening their customer base off discounted items. It'll be interesting if Steam keeps up the pace as I'm also in your boat. Even when a highly touted title I'm interested in comes out like Bastion I still have such a backlog of games and promise of future promotion that I always hold off for the 50-75% off sales rather than purchase day-1.

Yeah, now all the PC gamers can be disappointed with it as well. Don't get me wrong, it is beautiful, but the gameplay is kinda shallow and the weapons are used a handful of times and then never again.
Side note: When you do finish playing through it, take a look at the original trailer for the game and realize you didn't play it.
