Yeah, who cares about what they think in one of the biggest and most influential cultural centers in the world? Personally, I'm holding out for the Southern Ohio Game Circle Critics Awards. Talk about tastemakers!

@baby sea tuna

You just did a good job of showing why people can't stand New York egocentrism.

Ben and the gang nailed it.

This is how you do an awards show.

Why does it have to be so region specific? Didn't the internet break these boundries?

Having an award named the 7 Train award is too New Yorky.

(I don't know if that is an actual name of an award but it may as well be considering the other names.)

Not to be a jerk or anything, but it is the -New York- Video Game Critics Circle. I kinda assume they will be influenced by living in New York.
I'm really interested in this. Too bad I don't live any were near it.

I'll be there too! (Dave Voyles)

Well it's region specific because it's held in....NY..... How else would you do it? I mean it's open to anyone but the theme is NY.

@Startingline13 ArmlessOctopus

You don't have to have NY-esque awards and awards named like Flat Iron District Award just because it happens to be in NYC

It sounds forced...

New York is already in the title, we get it.
