There is already a Sophitia style character on the roster. I don't remember her name but she's been in the trailers and pics. Short sword and shield, looks very similar to our favourite Greek female warrior. Look back through Joystiq's SC5 articles.

Hmm, spots on the board for 30 characters, only 28 characters are known. Hopefully this means Talim is in.
Really can't believe they'd drop Talim(Who'd be 31 in SCV) and leave in a garbage character like Algol while adding in no less than five Sophitia clones.

I doubt Kilik and Elysium will have an Edge-Master type gimmick when Edge Master is RIGHT FREAKING THERE. Though judging by their auras... I wonder if they're possessed by Soul Edge/Soul Calibur...
As for the "28 out of 30 slots": Count again. 28 slots, 26 characters on the list. The missing are probably Dampierre and Algol. We have our full roster, barring any potential "Bonus characters"
