Max Payne 3 pre-order period extended to April 2

After pushing the Max Payne 3 launch from March to May, Rockstar has extended the pre-order period for the game's lavish special edition, originally scheduled to end on January 15. Thanks to the delay, prospective buyers now have until April 2 to decide whether or not to pull the trigger on the $100 package.

It's sort of like activating bullet time -- instead of getting more time to steady your aim, you get more time to steady your mouse cursor over the "add to cart" button.

I couldn't help myself from preordering this the day it was announced. I have a sickness where I can't stop buying collectors editions of games and I am running out of cupboard space.
I am hoping that the hitman absolution collectors edition comes with a Agent 47 statue.

In case anyone was wondering, the Xbox 360 version is unfortunately sold out. I was just about to pull that trigger too...

Really? Like everywhere? I want one so bad... but this is the first I've heard of it. Can I not shop around and look for one? Will they maybe make more because they also extended the release date?

I didn't know they were limiting the time for us to pre-order it.

This could have been a great coincidence that I pre-ordered it a couple days ago... But I guess now it isn't.
