Buckle up, this Dirt Showdown trailer may give you whiplash

If this game is more like 1 and 2, and less like 3, I´m gonna buy it, I hated the Gymkhana stuff....

That track looks awfully similar to the GRID demolition derby track.

Speaking of GRID, WHERE THE HELL IS GRID 2? YOU SEEM TO BE PRETTY DAMN CONTENT WITH LETTING GRID DIE EVEN THOUGH IT HAD A BETTER START THAN DIRT, CODEMASTERS.

Not for nothing... but the game is destined to get cancelled... a game like this coming out at the end of this generation of consoles... if its not $15 its a waste of time.

I'd just like a complete rally game like they used to make. I did enjoy and still play the Rally modes in DiRT 3 though

I think Figure-8 Endurance Race on NFS:Shift is far better than this. That was phenomenal.

For all the misinformed and bitching, codemasters have already said that this is not Dirt 4. Showdown is a spin off of Dirt 3 with all of the crazy shit and none of the traditional rallying elements. Dirt 4 is coming out later in the year and will be a normal rally game. Dirt 3 is one of my favourite games, I even liked the gymkhana and I'm a long time rally fan. On a side note, you didn't have to do the gymkhana events if you didn't want to, you'd get enough points to unlock the next event without doing them plus they were challenging and fun. The only reason that I can see why you would hate gymkhana is because you suck at it so here's a tip: practice, you'll get better and enjoy it.
