The ME games never hooked me in, unfortunatly. I always wanted to be hooked and love them just like everyone else but..something about them, im nto sure what, just..stopped me.
I wish i knew what it was as i really do want to enjoy the games :(

This definitely looks cool. I just hope the other aspects of ME (the ones that obviously don't translate well for trailers) are getting this level of polish.

I doubt it. It seems like they were very specific about the ability to choose M/F Humans, which leads me to believe that it's not the case with other aliens.
Seeing Quarians give me a sliver of hope that they will include Geth. Although, it looks like Geth might be redundant between the inclusion of Turians, Salarians, and Quarians.

@arrrgh i don't think it will. if it were competitive PvP multilayer i would be a valid worry but when it's a co-op wave based mp i don't think i will care if guy next to me will have slightly better gun.

Looks nice! ME games already have one of the very best stories and some of the most engaging characters in gaming, and if they can better the gun play (which lacks a bit of "oomph", imo) we might be looking at close to a perfect game here.

I love how almost all of the original comments when Multiplayer was first hinted at were "OMG THIS WILL RUIN TEH SERIES!!!" and now that there's a trailer & people know what is, almost everyone is talking about how good it looks.
It'd be nice, just once, for people in the gaming community to reserve judgement instead of overreacting at the slightest hint of something that has every potential to go either way.

I think Colossus armor is actually a little better. But really just grab any high end heavy armor that gives solid damage protection, then slot good damage reduction upgrades, such as Ablative Coating VI or Energized Plating VIII, IX or X. It's possible to get Wrex's damage reduction up around 100%, making him practically indestructible. (Same goes for Soldier Shepard and Ashley.)

Freeze-framing each character featured in this movie, it looks like your choice of race and class affect available powers.
The Human Soldier comes with Adrenalin Rush, Concussive Shot and Frag Grenade. The Quarian Engineer comes with Incinerate, Cryo Blast and Sentry Turret(!). The Drell Vanguard has Biotic Charge, Pull and Cluster Grenade. Turian Sentinal comes with Warp, Overload and Tech Armor. Asari Vanguard has Biotic Charge, Stasis and Lift Grenade(!). The Infiltrator Salarian comes with Energy Drain, Tactical Cloak and Proximity Mine. The Soldier Krogan comes with Carnage(?), Fortification and Inferno Grenade.

That was amazing! And to think some people were worried the multiplayer would RUIN Mass Effect. I personally can't wait to share the experience with other fans of the series.

I've goot ME1 now on my 3rd playthrough and I and just bored of playing it. The thing is, it's the backwards and forwards of the game and the exploring and not a great deal of action.
Plus i'm on my third playthrough as my first two were male and i saved Ashley both time and had sex with the blue chick. Captain Kirk would have been proud.
I just wanna complete it as a renegade female with a bad-ass attitude so I can go onto 2 and then 3.
