I really don't like the homogenization that rockstar is doing to all of their games. Max Payne used to have a very distinct noir feel to it. Now, the trailers all remind me of red dead redemption and nothing about the game looks or sounds like the first two games. I'll hold off judgement on the game itself, but as far as the trailers are concerned, they all have what I like to a call a "Rockstar vibe" to them instead of a Max Payne vibe.

Agreed, however, consider the market that has shifted since the last release, and how they are trying to tap into it.
Hopefully they're advertising like this, but keeping the Max.
