Asian PlayStation site lists September 25 for GTA 3 re-release

An "unforeseen complication" recently caused Grand Theft Auto 3 to miss its debut as a PS2 Classic download on PSN, but now Sony's Asia.PlayStation site has the game listed with a September 25 launch date. Since that's next Tuesday, it does fit the regular PSN update schedule.

The game was originally delayed due to a licensing issue with the soundtrack. We've followed up with Sony to confirm the latest release date.
