Meanwhile, Sony has kicked off another of its periodic flash sales, this time themed around Japanese role-playing games. Highlights include Dark Souls 2 at $39, South Park: The Stick of Truth at $42, Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch at $5 (!) and both the PlayStation 3 and Vita versions of the Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster at $30. Like the aforementioned Password Box bargain, Sony's Flash Sale will be a short-lived event, though prospective buyers have until June 6 at 3PM JT to score a sweet discount. Full details, and a listing of all games on sale can be found on the PlayStation.blog.
EA has likewise joined the bargain train, with a massive Origin sale that reduces the price of many EA games by 70 percent. Mirror's Edge, Battlefield 3, Spore and Dragon Age 2 are all priced at $6, alongside dozens of other EA hits. Helpfully, this sale is scheduled to end on June 16 at 9AM ET, so you've got plenty of time to pick up any games you may have missed when they first debuted.
