Okay, that took long enough. Sony has finally implemented a free repair program for the dreaded stuck button
problem. It appears that initial shipments of the device went through a faulty production process where the plastic
under the case was not completely removed. This led to the button getting jammed, or feeling sticky. Nothing pisses
fans off more than a sticky button. Sony will never forget that. They must avoid sticky buttons at all costs in future
devices. Sticky buttons is fun to write on the keyboard.

I would like to say the the Caps Lock button was made this way on purpose. It's according to specifications. This is something that we've created, and this is our specification. There was a clear purpose to it, and it wasn't a mistake.
This is the Caps Lock design that we came up with. There may be people that complain about its usability, but that's something which users and software developers will have to adapt to.
I believe we made the most beautiful keyboard in the world. Nobody would criticize a renowned architect's blueprint that the position of a gate is wrong. It's the same as that.
